Let's break this problem down

19 = 10 + 09

900 = 9 x 100

So,m if we multiple 10 by 9, and then 9 by 9, we can add the results and multiply the total by 100

10 x 9 = 90

09 x 9 = 81

90 + 81 = 171

171 x 100 = 17,100

So, 19 x 900 = 17,100
