247 is 19x13 so it is divisible by 19 and 13. Of course it is always divisible by itself and 1, but we usually don't care about that.

If fact, since 19 and 13 are primes, the prime factorization of 247 is 19x13 and that tells us there are no other divisors except 1, and the number itself.
