This shouldn't be too hard for you if you know the basic concept and the way in which these questions are solved.
(basically by ur Q im guessing you want 'a' on its own)
8a - 15 = -3 (pretend that the '=' sign is a bridge and you want all the numbers without a letter next to them to be on on side and you want the number with letters next to them to be on the other side)(also when you bring '-15' onto the other side, it goes from a negative number to a positive number because it crossed the bridge)
so it should look like this 8a = -3 + 15
you should be ale to solve this. it should look like this: 8a = 12
next divide 12 by 8 and you should get 12/8 = 3/2 so a = 3/2hope this helped :) x
Given m equals 3 and n equals 1 then m3n3 equals?m3n3 = m*3*n*3 = 3*3*1*3 = [ 27 ]
3 | equals 3 |
a = 3 and y = 0
9 divided by 3 equals 3
The second would suggest that x equals the string "=3".
3/2
64-3 equals = 61
4x -17 equals 3 4x equals 20 x equals 5
If a equals 3 and b equals minus 5 then a minus b equals what
No! It equals 15, but 9-6=3.
x = -5/3 y = -4/3
