A flat piece of metal about 1/2 inch wide with two 90 degree bends is most commonly referred to as a cornice bracket for ceiling mount. A standard angle iron, 1" x 1" or larger, can be used for cornice board wall mount.

How do you change a Mazda 323F starter motor?

Not certain of model 323F; my standard 323 has the 1.6 L OHC engine and you can change the starter motor as follows: The starter motor is located on the back side of the engine (closest to the firewall) underneath the fuel injection/intake manifold. To replace it, first disconnect the battery, then remove the main power cable (heavy wire) and the start wire (light wire). Next remove the two bolts for the intake manifold support bracket and remove bracket. Remove one bolt on starter rear support bracket and 3 bellhousing flange bolts (two accessible from starter side, on accessible from bellhousing side). the starter is now free and can be taken out form the passenger's side (LHD). Good luck Malcolm

How much weight can a ceiling bracket hold?

The weight a ceiling bracket can hold depends on the type of bracket and where it is placed. A solid metal bracket secured into a ceiling joist can hold quite a lot of weight. A smaller, weaker bracket or one that is secured only into sheet rock should only hold about a pound. A bracket that expands after installation should be used when not securing to a joist for heavier loads. Otherwise, the bracket may break or pull through the sheetrock. Check the bracket packaging for weight limits on the bracket itself.
