By having a class president in 4th grade or earlier, you encourage children to get involved in the political process and affect change.
A good 4th-grade class president speech should focus on why you are passionate about representing your classmates, what positive changes you would like to bring to the class, and how you plan to listen to and involve your peers in decision-making. Remember to include a catchy slogan or promise that appeals to your audience and shows your commitment to being a strong leader for the class.
Mrs. Montoye's Class
I am in the 4th grade. In third grade I was my class president. Probally a good way to be a good president is to do public speaking. Let's say your playground needs new equipment. Write a well written report about it persauding your school to raise money for new equipment. My friend and I did that, but we haven't got the money yet. Another way is take matters into your own hands. If you see a kid getting bullied make sure you tell a teacher. And maybe try to break it apart. That shows your classmates and your teacher that you are responsible. And if you want to be a good president keep your grades up. A smart president get the votes and applause. That's all I can tell you. I hope that helps.
