The mirrorlike copy of DNA that moves from the nucleus to the ribosome is called messenger RNA (mRNA). It carries the genetic information from DNA to the ribosome, where it is used as a template for protein synthesis.
Proof isn't a grade; it describes a process by which collectible coins are specially minted using high-pressure presses and highly polished dies, resulting in a very sharp image and mirrorlike surface. Please see the Related Link for a full explanation from the U.S. Mint.

A mirrorlike copy of one side of the segment of DNA containing a gene is called complementary DNA (cDNA). cDNA is generated by reverse transcription of messenger RNA (mRNA) using the enzyme reverse transcriptase. It represents the coding sequence of the gene without introns that are present in the genomic DNA.

A frosted proof coins were issued by the US Mint prior to 1936. In appearance they have a mirrorlike field [[the field of a coin is the flat areas not covered by the design]]with the design of the coin appearing to be frosted or dull in comparison to the field. This type of proof was again used on proof coins in the late 1970s and are refered to as "cameo" proofs. A mirror proof [[also called a Brilliant Proof]] has a mirrorlike surface over the entire coin. This type of proof was issued by the Mint from 1936 until sometime in the late 1970s.
The term Proof actually refers to a method of manufacturing that produces coins with very sharp details and a mirrorlike surfaces and are called Proof coins. Uncirculated or Mint State coins are coins not released into circulation and have no wear on them.
