The Royal Mint does not produce a "quarter" coin.
There were no S-mint quarters struck from 1955 to 1967 inclusive and no US coins carried mint marks during the transition from silver to clad coinage in 1965-67.
The 1955 quarter dollar is a common coin from both mints and therefore carries no value other than its silver content which is about $3.50. Some uncirculated and unhandled coins will fetch a small premium of up to $15.00, but you would need to bring it to a coin dealer for an assessment if it appears to be in mint condition for an accurate idea on its value.
These coins are almost never ever in this condition because even at the mint they can acquire scratches and fingerprints. A 1955 US quarter in MS68 condition is worth around 425 dollars.
