You can use Excel or another spreadsheet to do the calculations. Put the numbers 1, 2, 3, ... in one column, the numbers 2, 3, 4, ... in the second column, and the product (for example, "=A1 * B1") in the third. Then add it all up. There might be a shortcut to do this kind of calculation, but I don't know of any.
