Meter per secondThere is no standard SI unit for velocity actually. It is a derived unit.

Velocity is distance traveled per time together with the direction of motion. The SI unit of distance is the meter (m) and the SI unit of time is the second (s).

So the units of velocity in SI units is meters/second (m/s), or ms-1
