I have driven a Kymco People 50 for the past 7 years. No major issues, other than replacing spark plugs and tires. Fires up even in weather under 20. It depends on how much money you have to spend, I would go with a well known brand like Honda, also I would avoid the cheap look a likes that sell at automotive parts stores.
