I believe that the coolest place in Turkey in summer is probably one of the cities in the Black Sea or Northeastern region. And the hottest place is either located in the Southeastern or Southern region (The coolest may be Artvin and the hottest may be Sanliurfa or Antalya, if you are looking for a more definite answer.)
Ağrı (agrı) is coolest city. Ağrı mountain (ararat) is one of biggest mountain.. and Gettin -40 wintertime.
Şanlıurfa is hotter than Antalya, but highest humudity in Antalya make a hell to burn. And you fell hotter.
