There was once a story in something called the Darwin awards that is kind of interesting, involving elephants. There was once a constipated elephant. One man was trying to solve this problem by massaging the elephant's bottom. Then, suddenly, the elephant stopped being constipated, and the elephant poo all came out at the same time. And hit the poor man. He was found hours later, buried under the elephant dung, which had chocked him to death.
