Depends om where you are sending from, where to, how much the envelop weighs, whether or not it is first class/express, whether it needs to be be insured or signed for, etc.

I would look at your local dealer ship such as Tire Kingdom to find 35 inch tires for your car.
you'll need 6" + some trimming to fit 35's.
