Not hard at all. To change a percent to a decimal, simply move the decimal to the left two places:
64 percent percent = 0.0064
64% = 0.64
64%:= 0.64 in decimal= 64/100 or 16/25 in fraction
To convert 64% to decimal divide by 100: 64% ÷ 100 = 0.64

You would change the 25% into a decimal = .25 Multiply .25 by 64 getting 16..
