Best Answer

A rectangle has a length greater than its width and has 4 equal right angles.

A rhombus has 4 equal sides with 2 equal acute angles and 2 equal obtuse angles.

Both are classed as 4 sided quadrilaterals with their 4 interior angles adding up to 360 degrees and both have opposite parallel sides.
