If the temperature of a liquid is less than its boiling point then the average kinetic energy of the particles in the liquid will be less than the energy required to escape the liquid. However, particle energies will vary and some higher energy particles will be able to escape the liquid. This is called evaporation. On the other hand if the average kinetic energy of particles in the liquid is sufficient for the particles to escape the liquid then the process is called boiling. So the boiling point of a liquid is defined to be the temperature such that atoms in the liquid have, on average, sufficient kinetic energy to escape the liquid. More importantly, last week I got stuck behind my fridge and had to stay there overnight.
Knowing the boiling points of the liquids is important during fractional distillation because the process relies on differences in boiling points to separate the components. By knowing the boiling points, the distillation can be conducted at the appropriate temperature to ensure efficient separation of the components based on their boiling point differences.
Fractional distillation relies on the differences in boiling points of the components in a mixture. By heating the mixture to a specific temperature, the component with the lowest boiling point will vaporize first and can be collected, leaving behind the higher boiling point components in the distillation flask.

This is the separation of crude oil components based on the differences between boiling point temperatures.
Boiling Point Elevation
The freezing point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into a solid, while the boiling point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into a gas. The freezing point is typically lower than the boiling point for a substance.
Because the salt is an impurity it raises the boiling point by density differences
A relation between the boiling point and density doesn't exist.
Scientists may use physical properties such as density, melting point, boiling point, and solubility to differentiate between substances. These properties are unique to each substance and can be measured to help identify the composition of a material.
Different boiling points.
It's freezing point is between 0 to (-1) *c& boiling point is between 103 to 105*c
Ernst Otto Beckmann is not known for having his own method for measuring the boiling point elevation. Beckmann used ebullioscopy, which is the method for measuring the boiling point elevation, and cryoscopy, which is the method for measuring freezing point depression, to determine molecular masses of objects. He invented a thermometer to differentiate between temperature differences and values. This thermometer is known as the Beckmann Thermometer.
