The easiest way is to work with it frequently and practice. You cant move on to the next topic until you compleltey understand the topic your working on. So depending on where your at in your studies, you will want to address anything that isn't crystal clear and make it crystal clear. This can be done by watching videos on you tube, and i recommend you watch more then one teacher, because different methods click with different people. my personal favorite is Kahn academy.
Once you have mastered an idea or subject, move on to the next session. There is no easy way to do this, how easy it is depends completely on you and how well you are prepared to go onto the next topic.
