Generally, a perimeter and area are properties of two dimensional objects while [surface] area and volume are properties of 3-d objects. The formula depends on the object and, in some cases, may require very complicated analytical methods. It makes little sense to try and answer a quastion without knowing what sort of object the information is about.
the perimeter of the value is that the area and volume are perpendicular to each other
The volume of a triangular pyramid can be found using the formula Volume=Base Area x height /3. Surface Area can be expressed as Surface Area =Base Area+0.5 x perimeter x side length.
Volume is Area of the Base times the Height of the Prism. To find the area of a Regular Pentagon, you use the formula (1/2)*Perimeter*Length of Apothem.
Area is a 2-dimensional measure. Perimeter is 1-dimensional and volume is 3-dimensional.
Surface area = 2A + PdwhereA = area of the base shapeP = perimeter of base shaped = height of prismVolume = Ad
I'm assuming that you mean the area of the triangle. You do not need the entire perimeter. The formula is 1/2 bh. b=base, h=hight
Neither. -- Perimeter = the distance all the way around it. -- Area = how much of the floor it covers. -- Volume = how much water it can hold.

There is no formula for a rectangle. There are formula for calculating its area, perimeter or length of diagonals from its sides, or it is possible to calculate the length of one pair of sides given the other sides and the area or perimeter, or the two lots of sides given area and perimeter and so on.
The answer will depend on what the formula is for: the perimeter or area of the segment.
You get the largest area with a circle. Divide the perimeter by (2 x pi), then calculate the area with the formula pi x radius2.You get the largest area with a circle.
