A turbine recovers energy from a fluid and converts it into mechanical power to drive another equipment (pump or compressor) or an alternator to produced electricity
The code for turbinate reduction is 30140-52.
what is the cpt code for partial removal, left inferior turbinate
No
you have three turbinates in each side of your nose. They are like fingers. Their job is to moisten the air, and add some resistance to your nasal breathing. Coblation involves puncturing the lower of these with a coblater wand (small pointed instrument) it then destroys some of the tissue inside the turbinate creating a pocket that eventually collapses resulting in effectively a smaller turbinate. This means when you have allergies, cold, or what have you, they won't swell up as much reducing the likelyhood of having a stopped up nose. Most people think when their nose is stuffy it is due to it being full of junk. Actually, it is the turbinate swelling up and restricting the nasal passage which gives you that stopped up feeling.
The three turbinate bones, also known as nasal conchae, help to humidify, filter, and warm the air as it passes through the nasal cavity before reaching the lungs. They increase the surface area inside the nose, which helps in these functions of air conditioning before it reaches the respiratory system.
A long, narrow and curled bone shelf which protrudes into the breathing passage of the nose is called a turbinate, or better known in anatomy as a nasal concha.

Hypertrophy means overgrowth. The concha are the turbinates, or the ridged parts of the nose that swirl the air for warming and cleaning. Hypertrophy in the turbinates is typically a sign of rhinitis -- often due to allergies. A concha bullosa is a turbinate with air in it; about half of people have one.
Function
The nose itself is made up of mostly cartilage. The facial bones of the skull that surround and help construct the base of the nose consist of the maxilla, the vomer bone, the ethmoid, and the nasal bone. The nostrils are composed of branched "bones" or cartilages called turbinates. A turbinate is a long, narrow curled bone shelf. The function of the turbinates is to warm the air coming in and remove the moisture going out.
The parent function of the exponential function is ax
The IF function is the main function to do it and you can also use other logical functions, like the AND function, the OR function or the NOT function.
