The right ventricle receives blood that has circulated through the body via the right atria. it then pumps the blood through the pulmonic valve to the lungs where the blood becomes reoxygenated for circulation. :)

The right ventricle will receive blood from the right atria. When the right ventricle then contracts blood will be pushed through the pulmonic valve and into the pulmonic artery. This artery then divides into left and right pulmonic artery. The left going to the left lung and the right artery to the right lung. This blood flow helps the oxygen in your lungs enter your blood to be delivered to all your tissues.
After traveling through the body when blood returns to the heart.The blood first enters the right atrium. It then flows through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle. When the heart beats, the ventricle puts pressure on the blood to push it through the pulmonic valve into the pulmonic artery. Next, the pulmonic artery carries blood to the lungs where it "picks up" oxygen, and leaves the lungs and returns to the heart through the pulmonic vein. The blood enters the left atrium, then descends through the mitral valve, into the left ventricle. The left ventricle then pumps blood through the aortic valve, and into the aorta, it is now pushed to the rest of the body.

The second heart sound (S2) occurs after the T wave because it corresponds to the closure of the aortic and pulmonic valves in the heart. The T wave represents ventricular repolarization, which happens after ventricular contraction and ejection of blood through the aortic and pulmonic valves. The closure of these valves generates the S2 sound.
