6: 1, 2, 3, 6

18: 1, 2, 3, 6, 18

72: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 18, 24, 35, 72

As you can see, the common factors are 1, 2, 3, and 6, the greatest of which is 6.
