I don't fully understand your question but the equation for a line should be used, atleast that's what I got out of your question. y=mx+b m is the slope (1/60) and b is where the line goes through the y-axis

One view(∆y/∆x)=(1/60)=0.016667=tanθ

tan-1θ=0.9548 degrees

sinθ=∆y/10m

∆y=10m[sin(0.9548)=0.1667m]

To this add the 2m where the line crosses the y axis, and y=2.1667m if this answer interprets the question correctly.
