What exactly are you asking? Is it the height from the ground to the receiver (unloaded)? Most draw bars have a little offset in them so that would tend to change that number. I can take a tape measure outside and give you my measurement, but that might not be the same as yours. Or are you looking for the receiver size? That would be 1-1/4" unless you have a custom made hitch. If you are asking because the seller of something that you might potentially tow has given you a height range, you should probably ask him where that measurement is taken.
