The largest cave in the world is the Son Doong cave in Vietnam. It is over five and a half miles long, and has a jungle and a river.

ADDED: "the largest cave" does not define the criteria and 5.5 miles is really very short as major caves go, so I looked it up. In 2009 a joint Vietnamese / British expedition found it had the world's largest passage cross-section. So not the largest cave, but a cave containing an unusually large passage.
