length x width
If your wanting the entire square footage you can measure the width and length of your home from the outside. If your wanting to know the square footage of the heated space, measure each room width and length that have air ducts. Multiply the width and length measurements.
If I want a 800sq.ft. home and I want the foundation to be evenly square so what does the length and width need to be
$45
For a rough estimate, you could multiple the outside dimensions Length times Width and get total sq. ft of the home. Example: A ranch style home 50' X 30' would have 1500 sq. ft. If you wanted a more exact measurement of total living space, then find the dimensions of each room and multiply Length times Width again for each room, then add the total sq. ft. for each room to get a total.Often, when builders refer to the square footage of a house, they do not include the garage--even if it is attached.Good Luck!

Measure the length X width of each floor and add them together.
The average sizes are 10 x60 and 12/60
You multiply the width by the length to get the area. In this case the answer would be 1440 square feet in the home.

The dimensions are dependent upon the overall size, length and width, of the double-wide mobile home in question.
double-wides are mostly 28' wide (although 24' and even 20') are out there. They vary in length from 40' to 76'
Many of the double wides in my park are 28 x 50 (= 1400)
If a borrower defaults on loan payments for a manufactured home in Michigan, the creditor can take the manufactured home. If the manufactured home is real property the repossession and foreclosure is on the manufactured home alone. If the home is being used for residential purposes, the home is repossessed according to personal property laws.
The difference between a double wide and a manufactured home is that the manufactured home is put on a foundation.
Multiply width by length to get the area. The answer would be 952 square feet.
