Every electrical socket has a different lost rating. If you look closely on the sockets yoke you will either find the rating or a NEMA number. If you find a NEMA number you will have to referance the NEMA chart.

How many watts are in 13A switch socket outlet using 220 v?

Watts from a socket is dependant upon what the load connected draws. The maximum capacity from a socket is calculated by the following equation, W = A x V. So the maximum wattage you are able to draw from the socket before the fuse blows is W = 13 x 220 = 2860.

What is the Difference between radial connection and ring connection of socket outlet?

In a radial circuit you wire 3 cables (live/hot, neutral and earth) from the board to the first socket, and then loop these cables on from socket to socket till you get to the last socket and you are finished. In a ring circuit, the is an additional set of cables from the last socket back to the board. This increases the load that can be put on the circuit. In my country (Ireland) this is generally not in practice any more, and most circuits are radial circuits.

Why the diameter of earth pin is greater than phase and neutral in socket?

It is important and necessary to insert the right pins into right, correct hole of the socket. Larger diameter earth pin ensures that even by error pins are not inserted wrongly. It is not only larger in dia but also bit longer in length so that the earth pin makes the first contact with earth point before phase pin makes the contact to ensure safety.
