In the original sense of an elevated, High road, the Great Wall Of China , though not entirely intact or contiguous is the longest elevated highway in the world, my history teacher used to point this out, many kids would opt for the New Jersey Turnpike, but the Turnpike is not entirely elevated- though good sections of it are. The China Wall is also the longest fortified- again in the past tense structure of its type.

The tunnel a length of 33.49 miles and (53.85 km.) when the tunnel goes under the strait it is a length of 23.3 km. The Tunnel goes under the Tsugaru Strait. Also It starts in Honshu and ends at Hokkaido, Japan.
