you add up all the numbers in the sequence then divde your answer by how many numbers there are in the sequance so if you had the numbers 20, 19, 7, 45, 2 you would add them up which equals 93 then divide it by 5 (how many numbers in the sequence) so your answer would be 18.6

The Haynes manual I have doesn't mention any need to re check. As the bolts are "angle tightened" I would have thought it unlikely that they would require a check.
To show an insertion of a nucleotide (say "c") in the sequence "a-c-t-g-g-a-t", you would write it as "a-c-t-c-g-g-a-t". The inserted nucleotide "c" fits in between the existing nucleotides "t" and "g".
