The term plus/minus is used to state the acceptable range of values for a number, or the estimated error of a measurement. If, for instance, you said 3.7+/-0.2, you would be saying "between 3.5 and 3.9". The term +/- is written as a plus sign, +, with a line drawn under it, so that it appears as an equal sign, =, moved down slightly, with a verticle line at the center extending from the bottom line to above the top line. (I describe it here, because symbols do not seem to be available in this forum.)

What is the machining tolarence for 350mm?

Tolerances are specified on the schematic drawings machinists use to create the part. It depends on the particular engineer's design. If, for instance, the tolerance was plus or minus 1%, then the tolerance at 350mm would by plus or minus 0.35mm. Some specification require tigher tolerance. For instance, I once specified an aluminum panel to be 3 inches plus 0, minus 0.010 - that's nearly, but not quite 0.1%.

IDK that is why i askedGeneral tolerance refers to all untoleranced dimensions, and should be covered by a note on the drawing, eg tolerance unless noted otherwise plus or minus 0.25 mmSpecific tolerance will be included with the individual dimension, either as dimension limits or dimension plus tolerance.
