Just buy new brake pads.
Brake pads should be replaced at 3/32".
The front pads should be 11mm and minimum 2mm. The rear pads should be 10mm and minimum 1.5mm. Use Google to convert to inches.

Inspect the fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir. If the brake fluid level is midway between the maximum-full point and the minimum allowable level, no brake fluid needs to be removed from the reservoir before proceeding. If the brake fluid level is higher than midway between the maximum-full point and the minimum allowable level, remove brake fluid to the midway point before proceeding. Raise the vehicle and suitably support. Refer to Vehicle Lifting. Mark the relationship of the wheel to the hub flange. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.

later models of the hyundai accent had a minimum brake pad thickess of around 200mm (20cm) the reason being was the fact that the disc was paper thin, so they compensated for the wafer thin disc by oversizing the pads
Why do brake pads squeak after replacing pads?
The brake rotors only need to be changed if they are worn beyond allowable specifications and should be changed in pairs. They do not need to be changed with the pads unless they are damaged as above or warped.
There is a legal minimum thickness for all rotors.
