Solids are named after the number of faces so this would be a 75-hedron. If you wanted to be obfuscatory or pretentious, you could call it heptacontakaipentahedron. Unfortunately, there are (may be) different configurations for such a polyhedron and you may need various qualifiers.

For example, a polyhedron with 6 faces and 8 vertices is a hexahedron but it could be a cube, cuboid, parallelepiped, rhombohedron - and others.
