According to this the PH Of 1 M strong acid such as Hcl would be 0. similarly ... 10 M = pH -1 0.1 M = pH 1 0.01M = PH 2 0.001M = PH 3 0.0001M = PH 4 The pH scale is between 0-14 because the solution with which we generally encounter is in 0-14 range.
