Opposite sides are parallel and opposite angles are equal
You'd have to know some relationship, formula, equation etc. among the angles and the lengths. There would be many relationships to choose from if the items you mention are the parts of a triangle, but if they are, you've kept it a secret.
Regular shapes have equal sides and angles, like squares and equilateral triangles. Irregular shapes have sides and angles of varying lengths and measurements, like rectangles and scalene triangles. Regular shapes are typically easier to calculate and work with compared to irregular shapes.
There are several. Some of the more common ones are: Any two sides of a triangle must be larger than the third. If a, b and c are the lengths of the sides and A, B and C are the angles oppostie these sides, then sin(A)/a = sin(B)/b = sin(C)/c a2 = b2 + c2 - 2bc*Cos(A)

International relations
In a triangle, the sum of the angles is always 180 degrees. This is known as the angle sum property of triangles. Additionally, the largest angle in a triangle is always opposite the longest side, and the smallest angle is opposite the shortest side.
