441 square root

441 has two square roots; 21 or -21.

21

It is 21

Yes because 21 is a rational number

12

Yes, they are.

21

i21 = square root of (-441)

length x length = area length = square root of 441= 21 inches

plus or minus 21

√441 = √(3^2 × 7^2) = 3 × 7.

As a product of its prime factors: 3*3*7*7 = 441 Its square root is 21 or as 3*7 as the product of its prime factors

Take the square root of both sides. x2 = 441 So x = 21

You just have to divide 441 by a few numbers until you get the same number you divided by. 441 divided by 10 is 44.1 so try 12. 441 divided by 12 is 36.75. Continuing this trial and error, you eventually find that 441/21 is equal to 21. Therefore 21 squared is 441; and the square root of 441 is 21. Or you just put in a calculator 441 and hit the squared button that looks like this: √

The square root and square functions are inverse of one another EXCEPT that square root is not really a function: it is a 1-to-many mapping. So sqrt(square(21)) = sqrt(441) = ±21

1, 9, 49, 441 are square numbers that are factors of 441.

21*21 = 441 square feet.21*21 = 441 square feet.21*21 = 441 square feet.21*21 = 441 square feet.

If the reverse square root of the reverse of square of a number is the number itself then it is Adam Number. For ex., 12 and 21 Take 12 square of 12 = 144 reverse of square of 12 = 441 square root of the reverse of square of 12 = 21 The reverse square root of the reverse of square of 12 = 12, then number itself. Such number is called Adam Number. cool....................

the square of 21 is 441

Yes it is. Do you want to know something spectacular? Well, it's not too great. But if you switch 21 around to make 12, 12 is the square root of 144, which has the same numbers as 441! Isn't that cool. So if you know what 12 is the square root of, you know what 21 is the square root of. WARNING: THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH ALL NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

You seem to be unaware of the fact that you could have obtained the answer much more easily and quickly by using the calculator that comes as part of your computer. sqrt(441/625) = sqrt(441)/sqrt(625) = 21/25 = 0.84

The square root of 484 is 22. An easy trick to find this out is to round down to the nearest large whole number. In this case, that is 400, the square root of which is 20. If 20 x 20 = 400, what does 21 x 21 equal? Turns out that's 441. Move up to 22 x 22. There you have your answer!

20 x 20 = 400 21 x 21 = 441 So just over 20 20.5669 etc
