There are three measures given but the shape is not specified. I shall assume that it is a cuboid (rectangular prism). The total surface area of the shape is 2941.33... square feet. There are three measures given but the shape is not specified. The answer depends on the shape of the prism. If the prism has bases that are polygons with area B square units and perimeter P units, and if theprism is L units long, then the total surface area = 2B + PL square units. The answer depends on the shape of the prism. If the prism has bases that are polygons with area B square units and perimeter P units, and if theprism is L units long, then the total surface area = 2B + PL square units.
The circumference of that cylinder would be 31.4156 meters, and with a height of 4 meters, the outside surface of the sides would be 125.66 square meters. Does a cylinder have both an inside and outside surface? There is no thickness at all to the sides. Maybe it needs to be doubled, to be 251.32 square meters so we get both inside and outside surface, but I think not. A cylindrical *prism* would have a top and bottom, each having a surface of 78.54 square meters, for a total of 282.74 square meters.
If a rectangular prism has length L, width W and height H units, then its total surface area is 2*(LW + WH + HL) square units.
It is not possible to answer the question since a square prism can have any length.
This square prism is a cube with six sides, each having an area of one square foot. Thus, the total surface area is six square feet.
total surface area is all of the area. ex. for a square pyramid it would be the area of the square on the bottom and the four triangle sides lateral surface area is all the surface area EXCEPT the base. ex. for a square pyramid it would be the area of the four sides of the pyramid. the bottom square is NOT included. for a triangular prism it would be the area of the three rectangle sides, NOT the two triangular sides

96 square feet
The base is a square, so since it's area is 25 cm2 it's sides are 5 cm each in length. Thus, the rectangular sides of the prism have an area of 5x12 or 60 cm2. The total surface area is the sum of the 4 rectangular sides at 60 cm2 and the two square faces at 25 cm2.4*60 + 2*25 = 240 + 50 = 290 cm2
To calculate the surface area of the equilateral triangular-based prism, you need to calculate the area of the equilateral triangle and all the other sides of the prism. The total area of all the phases will give the total surface are of an equilateral triangular based prism.

Yes its like a rectangular prism - has 6 sides but on every side it is a square. all sides and angles are equal in measurement. 6 squares in total. every face should be square - exactly same as another face... hope this helped Yes, but a rectangular prism is not necessarily a cube.
