Frequency Metre is a device that displays the frequency of waves/strength of waves: may it be Audio/Radio waves. It is usually analogue but nowadays they come in digital. Mostly frequency metre is used in transmitting stations to find the frequency strength. Also, these metres are used in recording studio for knowing audio strength.
The frequency metre used in a transmitter is usually have: a scale that shows DB and the metre is directly coupled to the antenna. Moreover, nowadays, the digital metre shows: db, frequency, antenna voltage etc in a single dial where as there used to be several dials/metres for each of these.
One can find a frequency metre in a HAM setup. Actually this device is a type of Ammetre and volt metre.

The pich of a sound is the perception of its freqency.

Gets higher
because it have no freqency
central freqency of narrow band pass filter is the measure of difference between upper and lower cut off freqency
For security reasons unable to provide.
there is no difference.
its because the higher the freqency the lower the pitch
Number of poles and supply freqency determines speed of synchronous motor. For speed control of such motors Variable Freqency Drives(VFD) are used.
Wavelength shortens as frequendcy increases.
