the serial number does not match the series
A bill's serial number is not important; its denomination IS. Please post a new question with that information.
About $25. If there is a star in the serial number, about $40.
Please see the attached link.
$1,000,000 series 1928 serial #: 800003415A
Series letters on 1928 $1 silver certificates only go up to E. Please check again and post a new question. Be sure not to mix up the series letter with the serial number letter.
There were no 1928A gold certificates printed, only 1928 with no series letter. (Series letters, when present, are next to the date, not beside the serial number or elsewhere.) If you have a plain 1928 bill, its value would range from $250 in worn condition to about $750 if it's only slightly worn.
made about 1928...................
$5 to $10 depending on condition. Also, a bill's serial number almost never affects its worth. The date, series letter, and condition are the major factors determining value.
I think about $15
There were no yellow seal two dollar bills. The red ink on your note was altered to look yellow.
