Depends on the finish and buyer, some are willing to pay more for a particular grip color/slide color combo than others. Generally speaking it's not an expensive gun, I've seen them with standard blued finish as low as 235 new to 414 new, all with in 40mi of each other. Availability in your area may play into it as well. MSRP is 333 on one with the blued slide (http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/) gunbroker.com they seem to be right around 260-270 new so I think that's a pretty accurate representation for the gun NIB (new in box ie unfired). Well, neither one is particularly great, but, personally, I'd take the Ruger over the Kel-Tec anyday. As for the Crimson Trace laser.. couldn't tell you. It's really a useless accessory.
