THAT IS INCORRECT.

Each face of the cube has an area of 9 x 9 = 81 square feet

But that is not volkume

Volume = length x width x height

Therefore

9 x 9 x 9 = 729 cubic feet

What is the formula in finding volume of a cube?

The volume of a cube is found by multiplying the height x width x depth. example- a cube that is 3 feet high, 3 feet wide, and 3 feet deep is 3 x 3 x 3... 3 x 3=9... 9 x 3= 27. The volume of the 3' cube is 27 cubic feet.

A cube has volume of 27 cubic feet what is the surface area of the cube?

Volume is the (length x width x height) of a cube. As so, you take the volume, 27 cubic feet, and solve for the cube root, which is equal to 3 feet "length". Now you square the result, 3 feet, which gives you a square of 9 feet. since a cube has six sides, you multiply the square by six, which equals to 54 square feet.

What is the volume of a 4 cm high cube?

Volume of a cube (or cuboid) is length x width x height. In the case of a cube, all three are the same: length = width = height. For a 4cm cube, length = width = height = 4cm, thus: volume = 4cm x 4cm x 4cm = 64cm3.

What is the volume of a cube with dimensions 3 x 8 x 2 feet?

48 cubic feet

What is the volume of a cube with a hight of 3 feet?

What is the length of each side of a cube with a volume of 729 cubic inches?

if it is a cube each side is 9 inches ( cube root of 729); 9 x 9 x 9 - 729

What is the formula for finding the volumn of a cube?

The formula for a volume of a cube is length x width x height. For example, if all sides of a cube were 3 inches, then the volume is 9 inches cubed.

What is the volume of a cube that is 5 x 6 x 9?

First off, a cube cannot be 5 x 6 x 9. In a cube, the lengths of all the sides are the same.Volume of a cube = (length of side)3What you are referring to is a rectangular parallelopiped or a cuboid. The volume of a cuboid is length x breath x height. In the case, V = 5 x 6 x 9 = 270 cubic units

What is the volume of a cube with sides 10 feet long?

10 x 10 x 10 cuft

What is the volume in cubic feet of a cube that measures 3.5 feet on one side?

3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 = 42.875 cubic feet

What is the volume of a rectangle with the length 7 ft the width 3ft and the height 43ft?

A rectangle is a 2-dimensional object, which will not have height. You want the volume for a cube with the length of 7 feet, width of 3 feet and height of 43 feet. The formula for the volume of a cube is Length X Width X Height = Area 7*3*43= 903 So the volume of a cube with those dimensions is 903 cubic feet.
