A quick search reveals AISI 4140 Steel Alloy to have a density ranging between 7700 kg/m^3 to 8030 kg/m^3.

Since you're not trying to find the weight of one full cubic meter, we can do an easy conversion of these units. 100mm x 100mm x 14mm = 0.14 m^3 --- 0.14 Cubic Meters.
