theres a wire that is attached to the hook that keeps your hood down, if you can see that wire good. now let me tell you: i have a 92 civic, what i do is pull that metalic wire to left away from the hook and it releases the hood. My wire is connected to the hook but not to the release button inside the car. so if your wire is still connected at both ends you might have more trouble opening your hood.
Open hood and disconnect the wire from the horn itself located under right front fender.
"pop" the hood with the in car lever. get a pair of pliars and grab the wire that the plastic hood release was connected to.....this should work!
You would have to pop the hood of the car. If the handle is broken to the hood, you must locate the piece of the wire that it was connected to and pull on it with a pair of pliers.

under hood..drivers side inner fender (apron)..will look like two connectors plug into the fender....it's the two wire plug....pull it and cross it out with a jumper wire to set timing...(about 5 degrees should do it)...don't forget to unplug the jumper...t

There is a wire which connects the power to the antenna. The wire is located under the hood right near the back of the fender hump on the passengers side. If you look you will see where it goes down insdie the fender to the antenna power unit. Just unplag the connector and you are good to go. vbdenny
it is on the passenger side right next to the windshield under the hood it is black and has a purple and black wire connected to it
It should work ok if the wire for the tach under the hood is connected and I don't remember which one it is.

The fuse of the red wire needs to be attached to the 'plus' terminal of car battery. The brown wire needs to go to the siren of the car, the yellow wire to the 'plus' of car ignition, the black needs to be attached to the hood as ground, purple wire with 'minus' of dome light, green wire with 'plus' of dome light, blue wire with the sensor pins and orange wire with the hood.
