As most tests only score positively, generally speaking 0 would be the lowest possible.

However some tests have negative scoring whereby if you answer wrongly you lose points (that is wrong guesses are penalised), so that would be number_of_questions x negative_score_for_each_wrong_answer.

[I once scored (1/2) /20 for a history test.]
