I am surprised you have waited 6 weeks before getting you pet to the vet. It could be as simple as "fatty lumps", but these don't usually come in a row, but can be on chest, back or buttocks. It could be a problem with discs, or a birth defect, so it's highly important that a vet give your pet a good examination to find out what the cause is. Remember, dogs deal with pain in silence.
