one rule would be an+1 = an + 4 ; a0= 4. This gives 4,8,12,16,20,.....
This is called an arithmetic sequence.
A geometric rule would be an+1 = 2an; a0= 4. This gives 4,8,16,32,64,...
Another rule is an+1 = an/2 + 6 ; a0= 4. This gives 4, 8, 10, 11, 11.5,11.75, ....
8
yes, because 32/16 = 16/8 = 8/4 = 4/2
4+4=8

The mean in maths is a group of numbers added up, then divided by the amount of numbers there are. eg. 1 7 8 5 7 4 9 4. 1+7+8+5+7+4+9+4=45. 45 divided by 8= 5.625. Basically it is the average of the numbers.
there are two sequences 2, 4, 6, 8 ... and 7,14,21, and the next would be 28 so the next numeral is 8
The answer is 2 2 4 8 0 3 5 6 8 9
A factor is what the number divides into for example 4 is the factor of 8 and 2 is also the factor of 8 and so on.
1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 48.
how can this be completed sequence ? <3, ^4,>7,<6, ^8, >14, <9, ^12
128*8 = 1024
Because clocks go from 1 to 12 and then start over. We work on base 10, so we start counting over at 1 sooner. So from 8 to 12 is 4 hours. Then from 12 to 6 is 6 hours. 4 hours + 6 hours is 10 hours. The 2 on the clock is 14 on a 24 hour clock, and that is 6 hours after 8.
