The network topology that features one central cable with terminators at each end is known as a bus topology. In this configuration, all devices are connected to a single linear cable, known as the bus, which facilitates communication among them. This topology is relatively easy to set up and cost-effective for small networks, but it can suffer from collision issues and is less reliable than other topologies, as a failure in the central cable can disrupt the entire network.
Mesh topology is not typically classified as a multipoint topology. In mesh topology, each device is connected to multiple other devices, creating a network where data can be routed through multiple paths, enhancing redundancy and reliability. In contrast, multipoint topology often refers to a single communication channel shared among multiple devices, where only one device can transmit at a time. Therefore, while both topologies involve multiple devices, their structures and functionalities differ significantly.
Among all the Network Topologies we can derive that the Tree Topology is a combination of the bus and the Star Topology. The tree like structure allows you to have many servers on the network and you can branch out the network in many ways. This is particularly helpful for colleges, universities and schools so that each of the branches can identify the relevant systems in their own network and yet connect to the big network in some way
Phone Network is useful because it has the ability of quick access and low cost makes phone network useful in ms access. Phone network is a secured and reliable network among all networks. So it is more easy to use and most of the people want quick access on net. Phone network gives them that ability to do so. It is also suitable for long range communication.
The best topology, whether it is a LAN based or a WAN based topology, is the one best suited for your environment. There is no one best topology for all situations.

In a bus topology, the bandwidth is shared among all devices connected to the bus, leading to a limitation in data transmission rates as multiple devices communicate simultaneously. This can result in network congestion, particularly as the number of connected devices increases. Additionally, the overall bandwidth is determined by the capacity of the bus itself, which can be a bottleneck if not appropriately managed. Consequently, performance can degrade with heavy network traffic.
A Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) is a Database Management System (DBMS) that is based on the relational model as introduced by E. F. Codd. Most popular commercial and open source databases currently in use are based on the relational model.A short definition of an RDBMS may be a DBMS in which data is stored in the form of tables and the relationship among the data is also stored in the form of tables.Network topology is the physical interconnections of the elements (links, nodes, etc.) of a computer network. A local area network (LAN) is one example of a network that exhibits both a physical topology and a logical topology. Any given node in the LAN has one or more links to one or more other nodes in the network and the mapping of these links and nodes in a graph results in a geometrical shape that may be used to describe the physical topology of the network. Likewise, the mapping of the data flows between the nodes in the network determines the logical topology of the network. The physical and logical topologies may or may not be identical in any particular network.Hope this helps!Inclus - We provide individual and corporate training(Inclus.net)Educate, Learn & Serve
best among all topologies is star topology. it is simple to establish, is centralized and offers high speed .
If you are on a network and only 1 PC has access to the net and you want to share it among other PCs on your network, I recommend you use CCProxy. The Free version can only share the net among 3 connected PCs.www.youngzsoft.net/ccproxy/Hope this helps. Cheers! :)
Networks provide resource & information sharing among the devices. Internet is Network of Networks that provides access to resources& information to users spread across the earth & having an Internet connection.
In a star topology, the IP address serves as a unique identifier for each device connected to the central hub or switch. This allows devices to communicate with each other and the network efficiently by routing data packets to the correct destination. The IP address ensures that data can be properly directed across the network, facilitating seamless communication and resource sharing among connected devices.
