The Fibanacci sequence is defined in terms of its first two numbers which are arbitrary.

If I choose the first two numbers to be 1 and 1, then the first non-Fibanacci number is 4. But I could chose the first two numbers to be 2 and 2. In which case 1 would be the smallest non-Fibonacci number.

Is a negative subtracted from a positive will it be a positive answer?

Yes. to subtract a negative is to add that number, so the number will be higher than the first number which is positive and can't go below zero.

What is a positive number minus a negative number?

a negative number minus a negative number is a negative number plus a negative number the answer depends on the value of the first number if the first number's absolute value is larger than the second number's absolute value than the answer is negative if the first number's absolute value is less than the second number's absolute value than the answer is positive

What is the first positive non Fibonacci number?

Since zero is both a positive number (defined as such), and not part of the Fibonacci sequence, then the first positive non-Fibonacci number is zero (0). If zero does not fit in you definition of positive number, then the answer would be four (4).

no, If the original number is positive, it adds the absolute value (always a positive) to the first number thus doubling it

Is 99 the 100th odd number?

No. As both negative and positive numbers can be odd, there is no first odd number, and therefore no 100th odd number. The 100th odd positive number is 199.
