'deci' means one tenth of (1/10). For example 'decilitre' (1/10 Litre), 'decimetre' (1/10 metre), decigram. etc.

It is not a commonly used prefix, centi- and millli- are more common, for example, 1 dm = 10 cm = 100 mm

When the metric system is used, the prefix deci is the factor of one tenth or 0.1. It is derived from decimus which is the Latin word for tenth.

1/10 (one tenth)

For example, there are 10 decimetres in 1 metre.

(The word "decimate" comes from the Latin for "to remove one tenth".)

RE OR IT COULD BE 0.1 :)
