A circle.
An octagon, a cube, a seven-sided pyramid.

Not a polyhedral shape. You need at least three vertices to define a plane shape. With 5 vertices, the maximum number of triplets you can get is 10 so there cannot be 11 faces.
Because it is a plane shape with FIVE sides and FIVE vertices (corners).
It is one plane shape consisting of four straight sides (and four vertices).
The shape that has no vertices and is round is a circle. The circle is the only shape that does not have vertices.
A dodecagon is a plane shape and so has only one face. It has 12 sides and 12 vertices.
no shape equals to that
A quadrilateral is a closed plane (2-dimensional) shape bounded by four straight lines that meet at four vertices.
We don't have a shape since a shape is a flat plane. We call that a prism. The prism that has 12 vertices and 8 faces is called a hexagonal prism.
Identify shapes of common objects. Identify faces, vertices, and edges of solid shapes; sort solid objects by faces, edges, and vertices. Relate solid shapes and plane shapes. Identify and count vertices and sides of shapes. Use shapes, such as pattern blocks, to make new shapes. Identify the movement of a shape as a slide, flip, or turn. Recognize and draw congruent figures
A shape with four sides has four vertices and a shape with three sides has three vertices, so a shape with four sides has more vertices than a shape with three sides.
