Side by side, they would form a rectangle. From part-side touching part-side through to corner to corner, they would form a shape somewhat like a figure of eight. There are other possibilities - eg corner of one touching the side of the other.

There can be no such object since it is always possible to create an identical shape and then the two shapes would be congruent.
A shape with five sides would be a pentagon, but a shape can not have 5 right angles. Squares and Rectangles are both shapes with 4 sides and 4 right angles. They are the only shape with the same amount of right angles as there is sides.
That depends on how big you want the squares to be
There would be 8 faces. Each square pyramid has 1 square face (its base) and 4 triangular faces. When you glue the squares together, you get a new polyhedron with 8 faces.
A rectangle.
yes they do yes yes, right angles define squares. if they didn't have rightangles they would be a different shape, such as a triangle. how on earth would you need to ask the internet that question? seriously.

A square cross-section cuboid would fit the given description
There are no tetrahedral crystals.

It squares numbers and add the totals together. The square of 2 is 4, the square of 5 is 25. The sum of squares of 2 and 5 is therefore 29. That would done in the SUMSQ function like this: =SUMSQ(2,5)
A quadrilateral is a shape with four sides. A life without quadrilaterals would mean a life without squares, rectangles, parallelograms, and rhombuses.

because the objects hitting it would hit then the impact would create a circular shape

Mixing red and green together would create a shade of brown.
