You have to make it clear to him that your son needs him and that you are not pleased by the fact that he doesn't get any attention from him. Your son can't get him to spend time with him so go ahead and tell your husband how you feel about it and make sure he spends some time with him. Its unfair for you but mostly for your son. Oh and why don't you arrange some play dates with both the kids.
